Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Box Cake

Ingredients

• 2 boxes pillsbury ready to bake sugar cookies baked according to package directions

• 24 oz cheesecake filling

• 3 oz box pumpkin spice instant pudding

• 1/2- 1 cup of milk

• Jimmies for decorating

Directions

1. Mix the cheesecake filling with the pudding and a half cup of milk. Stir until smooth adding more milk if needed if too thick.

2. Place a layer of cookies in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.

3. Top with 1/3 of the cheesecake mixture. Repeat twice. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with jimmies, slice and serve.
