Cadbury Egg Blondies

Cadbury Egg Blondies

Cadbury Egg Blondies. First we brought you brownies for easter now we’re bringing you blondies. Loaded with chunks of Cadbury eggs and chocolate chips in a thick blondie. So springy and perfect for easter…who’s planning their menus?! The countdown has officially begun !!

Easter weekend is only one week away…who’s ready?! We are already planning our menu for next week and one of the most important parts of Easter weekend is the desserts. I always love a good carrot cake or a coconut cake on Easter. But I am changing things up a bit and going with some pre Easter blondies today.

The Cadbury eggs are what make this the perfect easter dessert of course. But these blondies are so delicious…you may want to make them all year long. They’re kind of like a big gooey chocolate chip cookie in the form a bar. And essentially that’s what these are…a big chocolate chip cookie bar but even better with the addition of Cadbury eggs.

They’re extra chocolatey, super gooey on the inside, and a little tip? They’re best warm right out of the oven.

Tonight is a super nice night at the shore. It’s a little chilly but there is tons of sunshine, so I will take it. We’re having poke bowls and these delicious blondies and of course a beachy cocktail. Happy Friday guys !!
