Sriracha Beer Battered Cauliflower Nuggets

Sriracha Beer Battered Cauliflower Nuggets

Sriracha Beer Battered Cauliflower Nuggets. Need NYE appetizer ideas?! These crispy cauliflower nuggets are totally delicious and definitely fun and festive for an NYE gathering. They’re coated with a spicy beer batter and topped loads of spicy sriracha aioli, crumbled blue cheese, and scallions. Delicious, easy, and everyone loves them because well they’re kind of addicting. Pair them with a cold refreshing beer or maybe some bubbly because it’s time to celebrate the new year! Cheers!

Time to ring in the new year, and I think we all are ready for it am I right?! But before we say goodbye to 2020 we have a few more surprises in the recipe department for you guys! Enter, this perfect appetizer for New Years Eve!

Our inspiration for the this recipe came from two things. 1) we wanted to share a fun appetizer that would be great to serve at a New Years Eve or New Years Day gathering. Since this year has been a little weird and going out has simply not been the same as always, New Years Eve might be looking a little or a lot different for some of you. It certainly is looking a lot different for me!

It feels super weird to me that I won’t be going out to celebrate this year, so I am making New Years Eve fun the only other way I know how! And that is with lots of fun foods and plenty of festive and strong ;) cocktails! We thought this appetizer was super fun for New Years, and if you’re having a gathering at your house rather than going to a restaurant, bar, club, etc. then these are the perfect little bites to serve. They're pretty addicting so you might want to double this recipe depending on your crowd!

And 2) my mom, my brother, and I went out to lunch the other day. It was super fun for me because I’m off from my day job this week for the holidays. So, I wanted to take this time to spend not only working on Daniela’s Dish, but doing things I don’t normally do on a random Tuesday afternoon! Lunch in town with some cocktails and light bites was the perfect way to enjoy myself. My mom and I split a few appetizers, and one of the ones we tried was called “Bang Bang Cauliflower.” Oh my god, we were so in love with this dish of firecracker battered, crispy fried, sriracha cauliflower we could not resist giving it our own spin at home. So here you have it!

Let us know if you guys add this festive appetizer to your NYE menu!! We would love to know if you’re as obsessed as we are! Happy New Years Eve Eve guys!
