Dolly Parton's Chicken Feed Appetizer

Ingredients

• 3 English muffins sliced in half and quartered

• 1/3 cup old English cheese spread

• 1/4 cup softened butter

• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

• 5 oz can white meat chicken drained

• 1/2 teaspoon Morton’s Nature seasoning blend

Directions

1. Mix together the cheese spread, butter, mayonnaise, chicken and seasoning.

2. Top each muffin quarter with a teaspoon of the mixture. Refrigerate for an hour.

3. Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until golden. Watch carefully so they don’t burn. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
