Chocolate Fudge Pie

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter softened

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 cup flour

Directions

1. Cream the butter and sugar with a hand mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla. Hand mix in the cocoa powder, salt and flour.

2. Pour into an 8 inch greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
